I am so so so excited to share some big news with you! My husband and I have been wanting to run fitness and wellbeing retreats for a while now and after visiting the most perfect and stunning location earlier in 2021 – we have booked in dates and it’s happening!!!!!

The past 18 months have been such a roller coaster for all of us so we wanted to create a short getaway where people can take time out to reset physically, mentally and emotionally.
A weekend break from reality, space to breathe, relax and unwind, nurture yourself with amazing food, exercise and free time whilst surrounded by good friends and good people. We have secured an absolutely amazing 5 star property in a beautiful location in Kulnuru so it’s less than an hours drive from here, but you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, it’s in a national park, with stunning views, no noise, no traffic, plenty of green space for fitness sessions, a pool, heated spa, bushwalking tracks – it’s honestly magic up there!
The retreat will be fully catered for so you literally just have to show up – everything else will be provided and done for you.
