Kate Landete Counselling is based on the Central Coast of NSW and provides gentle, confidential, holistic counselling and wellbeing coaching to support, motivate and inspire growth, transformation and change.
Kate is a person centered, trauma informed, warm, genuine, easy going and non-judgmental Clinical Counsellor. With a passion for improving the mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing of the community, Kate provides counselling for men, women and young people over 12 needing support in any areas of difficulty and periods of change as well as wellbeing coaching for anyone looking to up level their experience, unlock their potential and experience life at its absolute fullest!
Kate Landete Counselling offers face to face sessions, online sessions and telephone sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays from the Coastal Wellness Cottage in East Gosford and Fridays online.
Kate's areas of special interest include Womens Mental Health in Matrescence, perinatal mental health support and EMDR for trauma therapy. She utilises a range of therapeutic modalities including person centered therapy, CBT, ACT ,narrative therapy, mindfulness based stress reduction and EMDR. Her work also includes, but is not limited to:
