Counselling Support

Counselling offers professional, confidential, and non-judgmental support to promote mental health and wellbeing. It provides a safe space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood, no matter what you are going through. Together, we gently explore your experiences, build self-understanding, and develop practical strategies to help you cope and move forward. Counselling can support you in working through a wide range of challenges, including:

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a therapy that works on the premise that when a person is distressed, the brain does not process information the way it should.

EMDR is designed to help individuals process and overcome distressing memories, particularly those related to trauma. It involves bilateral stimulation, often through side-to-side eye movements, to facilitate the reprocessing of traumatic experiences.

The goal is to reduce the emotional intensity of memories and replace negative beliefs with more adaptive ones, leading to symptom relief and emotional healing. EMDR can help with:

To support, nurture and empower women throughout all stages of their Motherhood journey utilising evidence based counselling theories and approaches. Individual support to motivate, inspire and empower you towards living a healthy, fulfilled and amazing life that is aligned with your personal strengths, values and goals.
